If you have an HSA or FSA account, you can also save up to 37% on exercise and sleep-related expenses like gym memberships, yoga classes, supplements, pillows, and more. Your doctor will provide you with a letter of medical necessity to get reimbursed with your HSA or FSA funds.
All this is accessible online without the need for an in-person appointment.

What sleep prescriptions does Kick offer?
When you sign up for Kick, you’ll work with a expert doctor to find which prescriptions are right for you.
Medications we prescribe include Cyclobenzaprine, Hydroxyzine, Gabapentin, Trazodone, and Ramelteon.
We do not prescribe any of the Z-drugs (Ambien, Lunesta, or Sonata) or other controlled substances at this time.
How much medication will I receive?
You have unlimited visits and medication included in your membership, and we want to ensure we find the best option for you.
Since everyone is unique and sleep medication is individualized, there is a period of trialing different medications to find the ones that work best for you.
Initially, we'll send you up to two medications to try for a week each. Please take each medication separately for a week. Do not take the two medications together.
Once we determine the most effective medications, ongoing prescription shipments and follow-up visits are monthly.
How much does Kick's sleep membership cost?
Seeing a sleep specialist can cost up to $800 per visit and is often not covered by insurance.
Our integrative sleep medicine membership includes expert doctor visits, prescriptions, and sleep habit coaching for $99 a month, or just $3 a night.
Discounts are available on 3 and 6-month memberships, and memberships can be canceled anytime.
Does Kick accept insurance?
Kick does not accept any insurance at this time. However, our services are more affordable than most out-of-pocket costs for seeing a sleep specialist.
We provide detailed receipts for out-of-network reimbursement if available with your health plan.
